I am looking for ONE clean, quiet, responsible person for 4-7 month lease, ideally starting May 1, 2017.. This separate house with a big yard includes all utilities, TV with cable and DVR, high speed internet, A/C in the bedroom, fans, a kitchenette with all appliances (fridge, microwave, hot plate, pizza oven, blender, rice cooker, toaster, etc), a washer and dryer, queen-size bed, desk, cabinets and bookshelves, tables, dressers, lamps, towels and linen, dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies and more. Street parking is available. One month security deposit is required. Please no pets or smokers, and again, for one person only. 4-7 month lease
