Enjoy the in-ground pool, big lake for swimming, fishing and boating. There's a clubhouse, playground and pavilion to enjoy as well. There is also a laundry on site, bath house and a convenience store. Low annual fee of $1100 includes all amenities and common areas and covers your trash removal and private water and sewer from April 1st through October 31st, weather permitting. From November 1st to March 25th, water is off; however one bathhouse is open in the off season. Owners may spend no more than 21 days/mo. in off season. Again, this is a SEASONAL park.
