Wonderful large house for family. Great finished 3d floor for kids in addition to 5 large bedrooms, large laundry room. Excellent neighbors. High-end appliances. New AC unit. 1 block from water in beautiful neighborhood for walks along the Layfayette River on Mayflower Road. Close to schools. Huge amount of storage in two 3d floor closets, basement and detached garage. We are sad to leave. Renter pays all utilities including water/trash, electricity, fuel costs (for heat). Owner pays for upkeep and maintenance of all appliances, plumbing, etc. Monthly electricity costs less than $100 except summer (due to AC). Heat oil costs about $3000 per year depending on use. {However, due to the political situation overseas and our current administration's changing goals, the cost of heating the house maybe a bit higher than what we were paying.} Pets are fine but will require additional security deposit for large dogs and/or cats.
