About a mile from Walmart. Rent and deposit are to be paid up front. $5 a day late fees. My dog runs freely through the house but will not be allowed in you Bedroom. Shared living space is to be kept clean and free of clutter and personal belongings. Garage is my parking area. No smoking inside the home. I do not want a lot of different people running in and out of my house. Also I am not looking to rent to a couple.
