This house has plenty of space for kids and dogs, however, I do not recommend it for toddlers / very small children. My next door neighbors are sweet. The neighborhood is pretty safe. And we are 20 min drive to Downtown Austin, 1 mile to groceries, restaurants, nail and hair salons, mail service, etc. This is my primary residence in which I plan on renting from 3-6months. It can be less if tenant wants to sign a year lease. House is completely furnished. I can provide towels, bedding, utensils, and other things tenants might need, or I can place it on storage (except for furniture in storage) if preferred. House keeper and Gardner service available for extra fee paid directly to them. Tenant can do front yard maintenance once a month to save on Gardner but grass must be kept as short as the neighbors per HOA rules. No noise in the neighborhood after 9pm and before 7am.
