The landlord's space is fully fenced and secure. The home does not have a rear yard for playing. It is assumed the tenant will keep an eye on the landlord's storage/shop area. -- The landlord's area is fully lit with bright night-time exterior lighting, CCTV, etc. There will be a caretaker arrangement between the tenant and landlord. Tenant pays for their own metered electricity. Cable TV is extra if needed. Dogs are allowed, but they must remain inside the home or within the front fenced yard area if not on a leash. The landlord occasionally visits the landlord fenced off storage/shop area. He stores an RV and he uses this space as a hobby area. Smoking: We prefer non-smokers because of the new carpet, paint, etc. Because we expect many applicants, if you smoke, we suggest not applying to rent here. Parking: There are two designated parking stalls at the rear of the house. There are two spaces along the street for guest parking. Neighbors: All of the neighbors are great! The lady to the west is an accountant that runs her business out of her home. She lives there. She has two small dogs that come out now and then and might bark and wag their tails. The other neighbors are all happy neighbors and get along well with each other! PLEASE do not stop by the property and ask for a tour of the inside.
