We have lived in our home since it was brand new, we LOVE the home. Not many 4 bedroom ramblers that live as nice as this one. Large yard with amazing concrete patio, garden space, end of a cul-de-sac, and wonderful neighbors. Quiet location, centered in Frederickson but a country vibe. We adore our home and that is why we are not selling it. We would like to return to it one day. Yard maintenance is required. Any pet will be a 100.00 per month fee and must be approved first
