The unit is a self-contained Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) attached to our main home. You have your own private entrance and exclusive use of the porch and yard space right outside your door. While we live on-site in the main house, your privacy is our priority, and we are just a text away if you need anything. Inside, the studio is highly insulated, featuring a quiet wall-mounted mini-split AC/heating system and a kitchenette accented with beautiful, natural wood countertops. The monthly rent is completely all-inclusive, covering high-speed WiFi, all standard utilities, and a professional bi-weekly cleaning service to keep the space fresh. A couple of quick things to note up front: * There is no in-unit washer and dryer, though excellent laundromats are just a few minutes away. To maintain a peaceful environment, the studio is set up for a single occupant. We are completely fine with you having an occasional overnight guest as long as you give us a quick heads-up in advance, but the space just isn't cut out to host two adults full-time. We also have a firm no-pets and no-smoking policy. Street parking is abundant, completely free, and doesn't require permits or street-sweeping moves. We are centrally located in a great neighborhood right by Culver City, making it incredibly easy to reach SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum, local beaches, or any of the major hospital networks and business hubs across Los Angeles. Duration: Flexible mid-term lease options ranging from 1 to 6 months. All-Inclusive Rent: Monthly rent covers all utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash), high-speed WiFi, dual-split AC/heating, and bi-weekly professional cleaning services. Move-In Costs: First month's rent and a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent are due at signing. Strict House Rules: Maximum of 1 adult occupant. This is a strictly non-smoking property (entire premises, inside and out), and we have a no-pet policy. Parking: Abundant, free, and unrestricted street parking right in front of the property.
