Located about 2 miles from MSU. 630sq ft. apartment in castle pointe apartment complex that goes for 565 a month. Utilities are not included and usually run about 50-80 a month depending on the season. Internet and cable is also not included but is relatively cheap with comcast. Pets are welcome depending on the breed for an additional 20 dollars a month. There is also a covered carport that I use and the cata bus stop is only about 100ft away from the apartment. I will have the carpet professionally cleaned before moving out and also have furniture for sale if needed.
