Walk the 75' boardwalk through the maritime hammock, dominated by saw palmetto, mangrove and salt marsh grasses as you reach the dock and the beautiful estuary. The covered dock with 60 amp dedicated service supplies power for lighting, ceiling fan and 4,500# lift. A large granite counter provides an ideal service bar for drinking and noshing as you take in amazing sunsets and the rich bird life along this waterfront sanctuary. Venture out and quietly paddle or kayak the shallow tidal waters of Mosquito Lagoon, with its stunning maze of scattered mangrove islands.
