Property located on Sweetwater Lake. This is a full year rent agreement; NO Air BnB allowed. No pets; unfurnished but could be furnished after discussing. Single or double family (no large family...it's only 2 bedroom home) Renter responsible for utilities. Renter responsible for replacing burned out light bulbs. Another words, you have a light bulb that goes out; please replace it. You see a bug in the house; please remove it. HVAC filter needs replaced twice a year. If you want to keep dust down in the house, change out filter once in a while. General upkeep and appearance of the yard/property is responsibility of renter. Landlord has rights to check up on property from time to time. No smoking allowed in house. All rules of Sweetwater lake must be followed and adhered too. Official renter policy will be agreed upon and signed by both parties. - thank you
