If you don't smoke and drink, and have no pet, email me and come see the place sometime this week. The apartment is full of light and it is 10 min walk to El cerrito bart station, and el cerrito square that has all kinds of stores. It is a great price, $1050 for an independent room. Bus 72 is very close and goes to Berkeley. You can enjoy staying in bay area with a very reasonable rent for a room this close to bart and bus lines.
