Late Fees and Rent Payments Rent is due on the 1st day of each month and considered late after a grace period of 3 days. A late fee of $50 will be charged if rent is not received within the grace period. Repeated late payments may constitute a lease violation. All rent payments must be made in the form specified in the lease (e.g., online payment, cashier's check, or money order).
