Albany is a very friendly, walkable neighborhood with family owned restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries and a couple of grocery stores. The Sunday farmer market is less than a 5 minute walk. Public buses and the Bart (train) are both within walking distance. Berkeley and San Francisco are easily accessible. Close to schools, preschools and parks. UC Berkeley 2.5 miles away. The house is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath. The kitchen has a breakfast nook. There's an island for entertaining, dining room and pool table room. There's a TV room upstairs with the master bed with a walk-in closet and full bathroom. There's 2 office spaces. The backyard is a nice space with a gas firepit. Washer/dryer. Home is furnished and has central heat. Street parking available. RENT: $5700 per month. Starting November 1, 2025 and the lease to end May 1, 2026. Tenant pays all utilities and trash, except for yard maintenance, wifi and cleaner every 4-6 weeks. No smoking on premises, no pets. First and last month plus $5700 security deposit due when lease signed. Applicants with good credit scores considered. Lease is available November 1, 2025- May 1, 2026.
