Laundry (HE Washer/Dryer) The room is offered for one person occupancy only; however, visitors and overnight guests are permitted so long as they are respectful. $850 per month + your share of the utilities (Share of the Utilities are usually about $125/month, which includes Trash, Gas, Electric, Cable, Water, and a maid for the common spaces once a month).
