Advertising for August 2019. You'll be renting a 3 bedroom 1 bath single family house, just 2 blocks from NCCU. Trash pickup, lawn care, and alarm system monitoring are included in the rent. All common areas are furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washer/dryer in the home, and all window treatments are included. You ll furnish the bedrooms, although we may be able to supply some furniture, like a desk/chair. Floors are either vinyl tile (kitchen, bathroom) or hardwood (everywhere else). This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. If the ad is still up, the room is still available. Note that we always give at least 24 hours notice to the current tenants before showing the place. We look for a year lease with a $2025 security deposit (1.5x rent), due when the lease is signed. There is a $50 fee for the online application and screening for each person on the lease.
