Amenities provided: Queen sized bed with linens, bathroom with shower, towels, kitchenette space with sink, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, dishes, cookware & utensils, desk, dining table, chairs, etc. Laundry on-site. Summer sublet for the months of June & July, 2025 only All utilities are paid by owner. Laundry is free and on-site. Wi-fi fee of $10/month paid to downstairs tenant. There is one (limited) driveway for parking, shared/coordinated between driving tenants, but home has very close proximity to campus and transit. No Pets. Please, no inquiries, as some of our residents have severe pet allergies. This property is managed by a husband & wife team that has high standards for keeping properties well-maintained. Our highest priority is the comfort & safety of our tenants.
