Very nice first home! Will need some TLC. We have done quite a bit to the house. New flooring in kitchen, downstairs bathroom, upstairs bedroom, downstairs bedroom and re finished the wood floors in dining room. The living room, 3rd bedroom and upstairs bathroom will need work. The downstairs bedroom has been completely redone. The living room has a new ceiling. It is a slab basement, but is great for storage. There is also an extra room upstairs, could be a computer/office space. And will need new flooring and new ceiling.
