Large open kitchen, Newly redone wood floors, New paint, Newer Appliances. No W/D hook-ups, but we do have on site laundry facility. We are an established and quaint complex. Our tenants are a reflection of us, respectful and peaceful. We are a small community amongst ourselves here at Palms II, and are friendly. Pets are beautiful, but to respect the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of this complex, we do NOT allow pets. We pay trash, water and sewage only.
