Newly renovated. New Flooring, paint cabinets. Basically everything but the tub is new. Very nice unit. We have monthly pest control, on site maintenance, manager is available 24/7. We are an established and quaint complex. Our tenants are a reflection of us, respectful and peaceful. We are a small community amongst ourselves here at Palms II, and are friendly. Pets are beautiful, but to respect the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of this complex, we do NOT allow pets. We pay trash, water and sewage only.
