This is a nice little house, a duplex, in the perfect location. Honestly, there's nothing special necessarily about the house itself other than it is clean, everything works and you get attentive landlords, me and my wife, who live nearby. The outside is rather bland. That said, the inside has that 1940's charm with coved ceilings and archways and original cabinets - that is, they haven't been updated. No dishwasher either but there's a shared washer and dryer room in the basement and some utilities are divided with the downstairs neighbors. Neighborly tenants a plus! It has the classic old-school back yard that goes back to an alley. There's another parking space off that alley as well. I mow the yard but I would not complain if you wanted to take advantage of this perfect exercise. Flower and garden opportunities are also possible and the landlords, me, will foot the bill on most garden supplies. Oh, did I mention that it's in the perfect location? Just north of campus and less than a mile to the heart of Old Town. The neighborhood is eclectic. South Loomis, while an artery into CSU, tends to be suprisingly dull - even during school months; it tends to be quiet at nights and especially quiet throughout the summer. It's just a block off the CSU campus so some students champion this location. There are some grads, professionals, and owner-occupied neighbors too - families as well. My wife and I also live on this street. We are business owners and have grown to love this neighborhood in our 13 years as residents. We try to make this house a great renting value - most of our past tenants stay for many years. Text is very good at 970.310.6071. Call, and I just might answer!
