Community pool/basketball/tennis courts included 1 min walk away. Very close to the 66 exit (but far enough away that there is no highway noise). The main level contains a large kitchen, deck, large living room, and large dining room area that will be shared amongst all tenants and myself. Shared area contains 2 friendly (one of which is VERY friendly) senior cats. So unfortunately I cannot have any other pets with them. Shared areas are furnished. Bedroom is not. No drugs, smoking, vaping, or any illegal activity on the property. Non-smokers only. No pets, but need to be cat tolerant in the common area. Since this is a shared space, must pass a background check for the safety of all. Must pay for background check ($35), but the cost will be refunded from the first months rent.
