Security, garbage and other services are provided to the cabin owners for a monthly assessment.
The wetland area receives water from Willow Creek Mutual Water Company. As stockholders in the Water Company, Landowners can purchase summer water for wildlife food plots, and fall water for flood-up for the Duck and Goose season. Several local established firms are available to provide habitat services, levee repairs, blind work, mowing, etc.
