The original rent is $1270 but I'm willing to discuss discount options for the duration of my lease. All utilities besides electricity are covered, which was just $15 last month. The apartment is completely furnished, including a very large closet, washer and dryer, kitchen, TV, and gaming consoles with tons of games that the roommate loves to share. The environment is very safe at all hours of the day, and has a strong security presence.
