Sciotoville ohio, $98,000 obo. We're looking to move, so we're posting our home to see if there's any one interested. I've been in the process of painting our kitchen, so I will add and update with more recent photos soon but this is really just to get the word out. Located in sciotoville, we are in the east school district but still considered in portsmouth city limits. Located across from dollar general. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, dining room with a fireplace, electric heating and air. Most wood floors, but 2 rooms have carpet. We do have cats and dogs, so I'm sure the carpet will need replaced. Most of the homes style and wallpaper are done in primitive but you can always change that! Only stairs are entering the home from back porch or front porch. Basement steps, and a few steps to get in the attic. We'd rather just sell without a relator to just save more on both parties. Trying to just sell as is. I will say with having dogs we really dont have a way to up and move them somewhere for a "proper" showing. Our home books online for $105,000+ but were asking $98,000 obo for the odds and ends that might need fixed. So we are just selling as is. Will be adding more photos after the weekend but please share. At this point to our knowledge, the roof in the front of the house will need patched. A small leak in the bathroom ceiling, Back deck has some wobbly boards, and odds and ends on there will need replaced unless you choose to redo the whole deck, handrail off of basement stairs needs reattached, carpet will probably need replaced in one room due to a puppy of ours who had some separation anxiety. Some wear in the wood floors here and there, but It's a well loved, lived in home with several pets. So we're just selling as is. We are looking to sell our home in hopes of moving into another, but we don't have a home to move to yet so as of now once we find someone interested we will go from there. We do have a pool we will leave, and there is a concrete slab if you wanted to have a basketball hoop! I have included older photos from when we bought in 2021 so you can get a clear view of the rooms, but I will update with new by this weekend or next week.
