THis i nice big House it is a 5 bedroom with den area that can be a office or whatever you would like to turn it into pets are ok this is a no credit/background check house the rent is $700 a month & $700 deposit $20 application fee total move-in is 1,400, i believe that no one has good credit nowadays it has new carpet 2 ice boxes ,there was a tenant that lived in the house so its still alot of furniture and tv's there that i haft to get rid of hope that is no problem for you the process in renting from me is as easy as 1,2,3 other than that the electricity and water and cable is free WHY??? because i work for ambit energy and i get my all of my electricty free it will not get turned off as long as i continue to work for the company only seriouse inquires need to contact me and also i offer ASAP move-ins so call when ready to lease!!! Step #1 contact me threw email and wait for me to respond back i usually respond in 12 to 25min later. Step #2 once i get your contact information i will contact you to schedule a time and date for you to look at the house. Step #3 meeting in person filling out a application and awnser any questions you might have(if you have everything when you come such as application fee & 1,400 id ,social then there a chance that you could sign your lease and get keys the same day) if not then you would haft to wait to move in. Also i will work wiyh you on everything so call this offer want last long!!!
