The kitchen is super large with plenty of room for a table or extra counterspace if wanted by the tenant. It is gas furnace and tenants would provide their own window a/c units. We supply the washer/dryer hookups but not the appliances themselves. There is parking out back as well as street parking out front. We take care of all yard maintenance! Tenant pays all utilities. No smoking allowed. We allow up to two animals per household. It is a 12 month lease.
