I will delete this part if I start showing it again. I'm subletting my 1br 1bath apt. I have lived in this apartment since December of 2019, and have a lease signed through August 2021. I will be moving back home (out of state), and am looking for someone to take over my lease. This is a one bedroom apartment that's part of a split house, with neighbors on the other side. You would have the driveway entrance. There are tall ceilings everywhere except the front room, and the bedroom is nice and roomy. It is an older house, so there is all of the charm and a few of the imperfections that come with that. There is a lot of room for storage. There are two big closets, and a storage room between this half of the house and the neighbor's half. The storage room also has an entrance to a small basement (unfinished, really only usable for more storage if needed). The rent is $500, which includes everything except gas and wifi. Basic wifi was $20/month, and gas was really only a thing in the winter. Even then it was about $60/month. The location has been amazing, since you can walk to everything downtown, or to the IU campus. There's good coffee up the street at Crumble, and Upland is also nearby. I will need to be moving within 2 weeks from now, so I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. If you have already contacted me once, try again please; I took the ad down for a renter that didn't end up moving in. I will reconsider whoever contacts me first!
