Some of our favorite attributes of the townhouse are the front and back outdoor areas (complete with a lemon tree!), attached garage, community pool and friendly neighbors. Throughout our time in Sunnyvale, Lamia and Youssef were kind, accessible and attentive. They are exemplary landlords." "We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the townhouse (2019 - 2020). It is located within a well-kept complex with plenty of trees and flowers.Our daughters loved the exterior areas and made plenty of friends thanks to the numerous families living there. The swimming pool in the summer was amazing and the patio offers just the right amount of private space, perfect for barbecues and dinner parties. The townhouse is spacious, clean and very well maintained. More than anything, we cannot thank Lamia and Youssef enough for their kindness and availability. They have always been super reactive and have demonstrated, every time, that they have the well-being of their tenants truly at heart.
