Each one has a different "personality"! Carriage house is toward the rear of the property, and detatched from the main house. It has a private porch with porch swing and ceiling fan, and opens to a small garden. Owner lives in the house in front. Cottage comes with 1 off-street parking place, right beside the cottage. For additional parking, 3rd Street, and all adjacent streets, are free parking 24/7. We allow 1 pre-approved pet, $250 non refundable pet deposit. Pet must vetted, and be current on vaccines, flea/tick. No pets allowed on furnishings. Owner pays all utilities- internet, electric, gas, water/sewer, garbage. Lease is renewable up until April 2023..
