Bedroom is furnished with Queen size bed, dresser, bookcase, small entertainment stand, night stand, and mini fridge (can accommodate depending on furniture requests or just come unfurnished) and has ample closet space as well as an attached balcony to the bedroom. A quiet professional who will be mainly working and makes at least 2x the rent is preferred. Rent is $1900/mo. for the duration of 8 months. Utilities included are water and trash but the rest will be the responsibility of the tenant. This is an 8 MONTH lease lasting from 11/01/2019 - 06/30/2020.
