The smaller room is 10' x 7' that can be used as a home office or extra storage. The bathroom has dual vessel sinks with a large walk-in shower. Please note the bathroom, small room, and laundry room ceiling height is 6'3"; best suited for those 5'11" and under. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. $1,200 deposit is due at signing. Utilities are included in the monthly rent. Smoking is restricted to outside only. Vaping is allowed inside.
