The house was built in the 1930's, originally as a craftsman style home. In 2017 it was comletely stripped down to the studs; the contractor found all structural components in perfect condition. At that time all the electrical and plumbing was updated as was all wall and flooring coverings, cabinetry, sinks and appliances. The front yard is beautifully landscaped with stones, pavers and a multitude of trees, shrubs, grasses and flowers. It is not fenced, so if you have pets that you want to keep safe and fenced in we can arange getting a fence built, and or putting up a temporary inclosure for the comfort of your animals. The home is currently occupied (by the owner, myself) and is under small renovations of painting, patching, and wall paneling and minor repairs.
