Your total household monthly income has to be at least 3 1/2 times the monthly rent. You can't have any recent evictions, rental judgments(within the last 5) or drug felonies within the last 10 years. You have to have income stability and you must be able to establish utilities in your name. We use Missouri Case Net to verify background checks.
