This private bedroom on the third floor of our townhouse has an en-suite bathroom as well as a walk-in closet! It's pretty spacious and has windows with a nice view of Hollywood! The living space is super light and airy, with 2-story windows in the living room looking out on our little private patio. In addition to the 3 bathrooms attached to each bedroom in the unit, we also have a shared bathroom downstairs that's perfect for entertaining! Our kitchen has new appliances (including a fancy fridge that makes special circular ice cubes) and a decent amount of storage space. We work hard to make sure that the shared spaces are clean and tidy (and smell good), especially since we have 2 very friendly kitties! The lease is month-to-month. We are ideally looking for someone longterm!
