I need to relocate for my job and looking for someone to take over my part of the lease until December 31st. You have the option to renew the lease after that though. The apartment is Lakewood and Granville. Great location! Aldi's, CVS, McDonalds, walking distant to the el, bus stops, Starbucks, restaurants, Loyola University etc. The rent is $650 plus utilities. Usually runs about $50-$70 per person all together. Laundry in basement, dishwasher, built-in shelving in the large room available for rent.
