Unit 611 is a second floor one bedroom that receives great natural light. It has gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom, plenty of closet space as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
