Large 3-4 bedroom, two story house with full unfinished basement. Rent is $750 per month with no deposit. First and last month rent required for move in so $1400. There are W/D hookups. The house has big rooms, a nice covered porch and small backyard. On street parking only. Fridge and stove included as a courtesy but maintenance and repair or removal are tenant's responsibility. This house is not equipped with central air conditioning but tenants have found that a few window units cool the house adequately. Applicant must be able to prove at least $2000/month income. Once you indicate to us that you are interested in the property, we will forward you a list of questions that you can answer. Once answered completely we can usually approve same day. Cats and some small dogs approved with landlord's prior approval. We will not contact your previous landlords until you have indicated that you want the property. Preference is always given to those applicants able to move in immediately. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including LG&E and Louisville water and Sewer.
