There is a one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $350 per pet or $550 for 2 pets & $25 per month pet rent per pet. We can lease our apartments anywhere between 6 -15 months. Utilities are the residents responsibility. We do not charge a security deposit. The application fee is $80 per person, 18 and over. Renters insurance is $10 a month and is billed thru your rent. We have a one-time admin fee once your application is approved of $400.
