Adorable house in Old Colorado City! Cute entry and open floorpan. Terrific master suite located upstairs with it's own private bath. 2 bedrooms on the main level. Unlike other turn of the centuries, we have large bedroom sizes! Kitchen walks out onto covered deck, which walks down onto another lower level deck. House was rebuilt in 2000 so everything is newer. Lots of storage above the stairs to basement and in the crawl space. Nice, large detached 2 car garage. She may need a few cosmetics but is priced accordingly.
