Our house is located on a semi-private stretch of beach, with beach access DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET The city does not allow on street parking along this section, thus there are very few day trippers to get in your way. Just people like you, enjoying the quiet rhythms of beach life ! Upon entering the front door, you are greeted by a spacious family room with comfortable chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, and a large "gathering" island, where everyone can come together for meals, or just to talk about who had the most relaxing day. There is a center hall leading to the 4 Bedrooms. The first Bedroom on the left has a Queen sized bed, sleeps 2 and has a connecting full bathroom. There is another full bathroom on the right of the hall. The 2nd Bedroom is on the right, has a King sized with a Smart TV on the wall. There is another bath in the middle of the hall, with a full washer and dryer set directly across from the half bath. The 3rd Bedroom is at the back left, has 3 single beds and sleeps 3. The 4th Bedroom is at the back right, has a Queen sized Rice Bed, and sleeps 2. All Bedrooms have ample storage space, and plenty of windows for natural light. The house has dual zone AC for your comfort, and a large water heater for plenty of hot water.
