I am an experienced vacation rental owner and have experience with the needs of professional companies looking for quality housing options for their employees working the SXSW event. There is plenty of room to store any boxes of materials or equipment that you have. This home is a two story, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that can sleep 4 and is walking distance to downtown Austin. Only build in the last few years, the finish is high-end. The downstairs is for entertaining and relaxing. The spacious living area has a comfortable sofa that seats 4 people and has a flat screen TV, DVD, and Cable. There is also a dining area and a fully functional kitchen. There is also a relaxing elevated porch and a private yard. The upstairs includes a queen sized bed. The house is a 10 minute walk to the downtown action and music venues and is located right off 6th St. between Lamar and Mopac. Located on a peaceful street with good neighbors, it is walkable to the bars and restaurants on 6th St. (Downtown, Whole Foods, Z Tejas, Don's Depot, El Arroyo, Mean Eyed Cat, Third Base) as well as the West Lynn District (Galaxy Cafe, Zocolo, Jeffries). Also, a 5 minute walk to Zilker Park, and the Town Lake running trails.
