There is plenty of room to store any boxes of materials or equipment that you have. This home is a two story, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that can sleep 4 and is walking distance to downtown Austin. Only build in the last few years, the finish is high-end. The downstairs is for entertaining and relaxing. The spacious living area has a comfortable sofa that seats 4 people and has a flat screen TV, DVD, and Cable. There is also a dining area and a fully functional kitchen. There is also a relaxing elevated porch and a private yard. The upstairs includes a queen sized bed. The house is a 10 minute walk to the downtown action and music venues and is located right off 6th St. between Lamar and Mopac. Located on a peaceful street with good neighbors, it is walkable to the bars and restaurants on 6th St. (Downtown, Whole Foods, Z Tejas, Don's Depot, El Arroyo, Mean Eyed Cat, Third Base) as well as the West Lynn District (Galaxy Cafe, Zocolo, Jeffries). Also, a 5 minute walk to Zilker Park, and the Town Lake running trails.
