About three weeks done to finish complete remodel. Victorian style, high ceilings, lots of refurbished original fixtures, switches, hard ware, window levers. More pics to come... gauging to see if a buyer who appreciates a beautiful, old, restored house is out there. Additional to interior remodel, over my 12 years here: beams under house, no flood basement, garage 90 percent insulated and drywalled, new water main into house, new roof and 50 year rated shingles, dishwasher, newer laundry, some remodeling in basement...but it's still on rough side. Near Parkview and two blocks from high school.
