615 W. Norris Street is a newly renovated building that has been separated into three apartments, 2 large 2 story apartments, and a one story studio. This building has been rented to Temple students for the past 7 years, and we have never had any problems with safety in the area. Located only a few streets from the center of campus, Temple police patrol the area, and the Temple shuttle will drop you off at the doorstep (although tenants always say they have no problem walking to class and back) The house is broken into three apartments. Each apartment has access to the common basement, and has its own locked storage room in the basement.The entire house has been rewired, and during this process, a hardwired fire alarm, hardwired smoke detectors, and wire for cable and internet was run to every room. The landlord pays for common electric (outside, front foyer, basement), as well as water, sewer, gas, and hot water. This two story apartment has 2 large bedrooms, a great livingroom, and a full bathroom upstairs, as well as a kitchen, diningroom, and 1/2 bath downstairs.We are extremely laid back landlords....there when you need us but not popping in when you don't. :) We're very flexible with security and amount needed to move in.
