I generally use the back garage. May build onto the house, thought I would last year, so don't know how it will go. Utilities furnished Temporary and short term is fine. totally furnished, desk, shelves, couch, kitchen table and chairs, refrigerator and dresser. It is only big enough for one person. I do all the yard work in summer It is 4 houses away from free lake access and quiet. If you have construction experience that might help with cost as I am re doing the back 2 bedrooms eventually. It doesn't have a bedroom, it is blocked off. Quiet living, neighbors see EVERYTHING No drama, no drugs allowed. Looking for a quiet person. helpful concrete finisher, asphalt worker, home builder or contractor would be a big plus would like to put in a new drive one day and maybe even build a new house in its place. It is clean and compact. Kitchen counter has chairs and faces the street, love watching the people walking their dogs. Possibly room addition planned Be mindful I have to drive 300 miles one way to show it, but often here. Driveway parking, prefer one car.
