Our house in woodland hills has been newly renovated and is great for entertaining and families. Our private view from the backyard is stellar to say the least (especially at night). Our kitchen was built custom by a master craftsman. We have wood floors through out the house. Duel pane windows. 3 bathrooms including a very large master bath. The front yard is enclosed in a large privacy gate (great for kids). Great schools! We've rented the house for a year now sadly the current occupants have fallen on hard times and will be leaving the country by the end of the year. Owner pays gardener. Appliances are new and available as part of the rental but the owner will not be responsible for repairing or replacing them.
