We both will host gatherings at the house from time to time, so friends do come and go from the space! qualities we're looking for in a roommate aged roughly 25-35, clean and tidy in shared living spaces, easy going and communicative, has hobbies/passions, likes dogs but doesn't own one (Samson is very friendly, but he's come to like a single dog household as he ages).
