Neighborhood Description Erindale Heights has a mix of homes, the lower elevation homes are more spec houses the houses on our street and other view homes are all custom homes. It is a quiet neighborhood where folks walk in the mornings and evenings. We have deer, fox, and the occasional bear, but we are only 10 minutes from downtown and 3-5 minutes from I25. The neighborhood has begun to turn over from the original owners to the next generation. There are a few kids in every age range, and a great park just a few blocks away. Services are close its a very convenient neighborhood.
