Walking distance to the lake and redline or walk to the shops and nightlife in Andersonville! - New tile in the kitchen, tons of cabinet space. - Bedroom fits our King-bed, dressers, and tons of room to spare - seriously big bedroom with a walk-in closet. - 2nd bedroom would fit a queen or be a great office - Dining and living room with hardwood floors - Shared basement with storage and a huge, grassy yard perfect for gatherings. - lots of storage (two built-in hutches) - private entry - ample parking, I usually have a spot in front of our building - heat is included in the rent. Two window-unit air conditioners included. - dog-friendly cat-friendly, no size restrictions - One month security deposit Can show asap. Email Heather for the appointment. Good credit required.
