Needs,a new roof, siding, has leaky wondows with black mold around them. The walls in the master bedroom get black mold. Shower has cracked pan, , only subflooring in master bedroom, no carpet,padding or other proper flooring. Carpet in rest of house is,destroyed due to animal, peeing on it before we bought it. It smells awful. Main bath tiny and needs to be replaced, 2nd bathroom the same. Outside of house has standing water each time it rains, siding is cracked and moldy., with a hole in th back of the house. we have a few broken down vehicles on the property. No garage just a small shed. Yelling screaming neighbors, dogs barking a lot. neighbors clearing all their property, so we no longer have privacy we did before. Water seeps into the front yard for almost a month after the rain stops. Mushy ground. No cooling system. Cost to much to repair , to bring it up to value stated. Worth maybe $200,000. No more Master bedroom on north end of house is always cold. Has no linen closets. Front porch/deck is rotting, handicapped ramp needs to be replaced. Most trees,are gone. Drug dealers down the street. Hi crime area Several sex offenders, no jobs, hospitals ect. Out here.
